Terri Shankweiler. a native of Allentown. Pennsylvania. earned her degree in Fashion Design from Philadelphia College of Textiles and Science. After graduation, she lived in Paris and NewYork,finally returning to Pennsylvania where her affinity for things old and beautiful had her rising early to rummage the local flea markets and auctions.
